Exhibition - Bronco+ par Jérôme Allavena

This exhibition at the Chapelle des Dames Blanches is a direct follow-up to the artist's solo show BRONCO, held at Galerie Houg in Paris in 2022.
In addition to the paintings, BRONCO+ presents a series of works produced for the occasion. A video (whose sound was produced by her brother Grégory), two sculptures and a series of des-sins (laser engraving on painted wood) have now been added to this project, exploring in des-sin the potentialities of line, line and line.
Through a method of deconstruction-reconstruction, Jérôme Allavena questions the status, di-mensions and temporality of an image, and triggers experiments with new points of view that a quick first glance cannot decipher.
