Chantal and Patrick welcome you to this superb historic property set in the heart of a 5000 m² park, planted with trees and scattered with plants and wild flowers. A bucolic setting conducive to relaxation and in which breakfast is served.

4 carefully furnished rooms are available in the different buildings of the property.

In the outbuilding "Le Nid de la Collégiale", you can enjoy 2 independent rooms with high comfort and private bathrooms. High density embroidered linen, satin or cotton flannel sheets and toilet soap are provided. Common and friendly spaces, the living room and the cosy dining room. Wi-Fi is available.

In the main house, 2 guest rooms "Les Orients" with private bathroom and toilet are also available (no Wi-Fi in the rooms).

To refresh yourself, a small above ground swimming pool for 2 persons is installed in the park of the property. The thick walls (50 cm) of the house also ensure a pleasant temperature in the rooms, especially during the heat waves (up to -9°C outside).
And to have fun before or after swimming, children and adults can play kangaroo on the trampoline available in the garden.

The copious breakfasts are composed of home-made, local and organic products for your gustatory pleasure. Any food allergy or intolerance can be satisfied on request.

Closed by a wall, you will be able to park your vehicle in the courtyard of the property in complete safety.

Only a few minutes away, your guest house is ideally located to discover and enjoy the surroundings: the historic city of La Rochelle, the great beaches of Chatelaillon-Plage and Aytré, the islands of Ré and Aix up to the Green Venice.
