It's a complete experience, from blending to tasting. The aim is to get to grips with the emblematic vintages of the Normandin-Mercier House, to understand the art of blending; like an apprentice oenologist, in the heart of the cellars and in front of the blender's organ, where over fifty years are sampled, it's a real hands-on experience to create a personal and unique cognac. To prolong the pleasure, Normandin-Mercier will be giving away this unique blend.
