In a few words, the FrancOff is the Off festival of the Francofolies de La Rochelle which takes place in the bars and third places of the city with a multitude of concerts open to all around the local and national emerging scene.
For this Olympic summer, the Off returns in a new format focusing on emerging music, with the same desire for francophone discoveries, always with free access.
