House 13 people - Nuits au port Villa Babeth

It's on avenue des Minimes, due west, facing the harbor and its masts.
You'll be close to the Minimes beach and its shops, the Parc des Pères and its picnic areas, Rue de la Sauvagère and its staircase in the rock leading to a fishing site, etc. There are 3 bars/restaurants on the same street, including 1 that serves non-stop all day long.
To get to the town center, you can choose to drive to Place Bernard Moitessier, cycle to the 2 Yellow stations in the street, take the sea bus or walk (20 minutes).

Villa B has two sleeping areas.
On one side, a double room (2 pers. or 1+1 beds) and a triple room (2+1 bunk beds). On the other, a double bedroom (2 pers. beds) and a bedroom with mezzanine for four people (2 double beds).
The pretty kitchen with island opens directly onto the terrace, which can be shaded.
The villa can accommodate two cars, but why bother? The whole street and the parking lot behind are free. Why not save the space for a drink along the petanque court, in the shade of a fifty-year-old pine?

In short, this house was redesigned two years ago to enable as many people as possible to come and enjoy being together, eating, drinking, laughing, playing, sleeping... dreaming!
