This apartment is ideal for visiting La Rochelle and its region; it is next to the Aquarium, the Bassin des Chalutiers, the media library, the museums (Maritime, Automatons and Scale Models). A little further away (15mn) is the historical city center with its pedestrian streets, the beaches and the Minimes marina.

The apartment is well equipped with internet connection, Wifi, it is clear, well exposed and quiet despite the proximity of many animations. The spacious living room is composed of a living room with a well equipped kitchenette, renovated. Its loggia allows you to have breakfast outside. It has a sofa bed with a 120cm bed. The bedroom has a 140cm bed and a bathroom with shower, the toilets are separate.

It has an underground parking lot with an assigned space, once the car is parked everything can be done on foot or by bike.
The shops are 200m away : bakery, tobacco, press, restaurants, fast-foods, carrefour city (open 7 days a week), cinema, pharmacy, bank, post office...
