This very large market is largely divided into two parts, with on one side the street vendors selling clothes, accessories and objects of all kinds, and on the other, the food market and the small market halls. Summer market of les Boucholeurs

Here is a market which announces the beginning of the good weather in Châtelaillon-Plage. Every Sunday between June and September, you can marvel at the colourful stalls selling good local produce from the Charente. After buying your oysters in the oyster huts, complete your basket at the Boucholeurs market. Fruit, vegetables, sea salt, fish: you'll love strolling through the aisles while breathing in the iodine air.
