Studio 2 people - Rue de La Cloche

The studio (second floor, no elevator) is composed of a large, bright living room with a 140x200 bed, a lounge area with 80' HD TV, DVD player and stereo. You will also be able to prepare your meals in the small equipped kitchen (recent appliances) and separated from the main room by a bar. The separate bathroom is equipped with a shower and a double sink.

Free and paid public parking spaces are available on the street of the studio and nearby. Ideally located, you can do everything on foot once you're settled in: the train station, market, museums, casino, cinemas, beach, and jetties for the islands are all within 5 to 10 minutes of the studio.

A secure and closed bicycle room is available in the building.

For your comfort, a washing machine is available in the kitchen area of the studio. Linen rental and additional services are also available on request, please ask us.
