Ideally located in the city center, 500 meters from the Old Port of La Rochelle and close to the market, you are within walking distance of the shopping heart of the city. The train station is located 15 minutes walk. La Petite Roche is a town house dating from the early nineteenth century and listed in the cultural heritage of La Rochelle. Completely renovated, we made sure to keep all traces of the past. We offer two units for rent on the 2nd and 3rd floor, the Mansard and the elegant, the lower part being our personal home. A common terrace, in height, allows you to take the air and the sun with a pretty sight on the roofs and the backyards rochelaises. Through an independent entrance you reach the staircase full of history and dotted with works of art. The cottage "La Mansarde" is located on the 3rd and last floor. From the entrance, discover this pretty bright attic with its bare oak floor. The large living / dining area gives access to the new and very well equipped kitchen. From this room, access the beautiful romantic room overlooking the courtyard and vegetation, and bathroom with shower.
