agnus dei is the second part of a triptych that questions intimate and political violence: ABUS. The first part, sola gratia, winner of the Impatience 2022 festival, has already been created and is published by Komos.

agnus dei, like sola gratia, is conceived as a collection of poems for the stage, focusing on the issue of police violence, state violence and lynchings, through the prism of a "character" who runs through the entire show: the sacrificial lamb (or sheep). Drawing on news stories and his own biography, Yacine Sif El Islam, accompanied by performer Stan Briche, attempts to exorcise violence, cry out injustice and share pain in order to heal our wounds.
