Apartment 4 people - Gîtes de la Petite Roche: L'Élégant

Ideally located in the city center, 500 meters from La Rochelle's Vieux Port and close to the market, you're within walking distance of the city's shopping district. The train station is a 15-minute walk away.

La Petite Roche is a townhouse dating back to the early 19th century, and is part of La Rochelle's cultural heritage. Entirely renovated, we have taken care to preserve all possible traces of the past.
We offer two apartments for rent on the 2nd and 3rd floors, La Mansarde and L'Elegant, the lower part being our personal residence.

A shared terrace, high up, lets you enjoy the fresh air and sunshine, with a lovely view over the rooftops and backyards of La Rochelle.

A separate entrance leads to the staircase, which is steeped in history and dotted with works of art. The "L'Élégant" gîte is on the 2nd floor. The entrance hallway, adorned with an antique wardrobe, leads to a bright living/dining room with a beautiful fireplace, opening onto a new, well-equipped kitchen.
The romantic, spacious bedroom leads to the bathroom with bath and WC.
