An ancient shipowner's garden located at the west end of the Mail. It has kept numerous traces of the past and offers a great variety of exotic species and a game area. Opening hours : Nov 1st to April 30th, 8:00 am to 7:00pm and May 1st to October 30th, 7:30 am to 8:00pm.

A vast park at the heart of the town. Northern part : game area for children, widespread lawns ideal for a rest, set in a landscaped environment offering a variety of species from the 5 continents. Southern part comprising small zoological gardens and a game area for children.

ALLEES DU MAIL

Ancient meadow in the XVIth century where festivities and fairs took place, then used for the game of Mail (equivalent of the croquet) in the XVIIth century, this vast lawn offers a shadowy and flowered place to walk.

PARC DES PERES

The most mediterranean garden of the town offering a panoramic view of the Phare du Bout du Monde (replica of the famous lighthouse ), the islands of Ré, Oléron and Aix.
