Appartement calme situé en centre ville, proche du marché et de la place de verdun (tous les bus, taxis, vélos et voitures Yélo). Orienté Sud_ouest, le soleil de fin de journée est appréciable au mois de mars. La rue est passante (automobiles) aux heures de pointe. Je suis globalement assez satisfaite du rapport qualité/prix.
