The Résidence du Port New Rochelle is ideally located in La Rochelle : facing the Atlantic Ocean, close to the marina of Les Minimes, 10 min from the town centre.
Composed of 100 furnished and entirely equipped studios (2 to 3 people) including : kitchen area (dishes supplied) and shower room or bathroom.
Facilities of the residence : daily-open reception, secure access to studios, cleaning of communal parts, private outdoor swimming-pool (open June to September), green areas, playground, tennis court. With additional charges : laundry, cleaning of the studio after departure, parking place, TV, house and bed linen, internet access, telephone.

Quelle déception ! Studio vétuste, rikiki, obligée de faire changer le matelas, les oreillers car pas propres du tout, des carreaux au travers desquels on ne voit plus le jour, obligée de faire brûler des bougies pour dissiper l'odeur....et j'en passe. Non, vraiment, il faut rénover et en attendant je déconseille pour passer des vacances
